Every stage of a search programme, in one console

OptimuSEO covers acquisition through monetisation. Each OptimuSEO module writes to the same asset chain, so a link placed today can be traced to the page that earned it, the site that hosts it and the domain it was bought on.

Domain acquisition

OptimuSEO reads live availability and pricing from NameSilo, Namecheap and GoDaddy, compared side by side. Buying registers the domain, creates the Cloudflare zone, points the nameservers and files the asset — with the amount the registrar actually charged, not the quote.

Automated research

Daily OptimuSEO rules screen candidates on authority, spam score, age, TLD, industry and budget. The run produces a shortlist with per-gate evidence. It never buys: a purchase always needs a person and a spend ceiling.

Aftermarket screening

Expired and auction candidates are judged on the history they carry, with the Wayback record one click away. A name that is merely available is not the same as a name worth owning.

Site deployment

Properties ship to Cloudflare's edge from the OptimuSEO console, with per-environment tracking of deployments, uptime and Core Web Vitals.

Content production

Drafting against a per-site brand voice, with the QC standards enforced in the editor: length, meta bands, heading shape, brand density and schema that matches the page.

Landing pages

Keyword-targeted pages with their own tracker links, so performance attributes to the page rather than to the domain in aggregate.

Link acquisition

Placements bought with velocity guardrails, so a new domain does not acquire links at a rate that looks nothing like organic growth.

Sponsored marketplace

Accept guest and sponsored posts across the network you built, turning inventory into revenue instead of a standing cost.

Identity and infrastructure

Phone numbers, social accounts, device fleets and an encrypted credential vault, so the operational surface is inventoried rather than scattered.

What makes it different

Nothing spends without a person

Research runs shortlist. People buy. The purchase dialog requires the exact domain typed back and a spend ceiling, and refuses above it. A premium name cannot be bought by a mis-click.

Orders survive their own failures

The order is written before the registrar is called, because a charge cannot be undone by a database rollback. If the zone or the portfolio entry fails afterwards, the domain is still recorded as bought and one button retries the rest.

Unmeasured is not the same as failed

A gate OptimuSEO could not evaluate is reported unknown, and the candidate is marked unjudged. Treating an unmeasured domain as rejected would be a quiet lie about work nobody did.

Measurements are paid for once

Authority metrics cost quota. Every measurement is stored and reused, research runs never spend it automatically, and you choose which candidates are worth the lookup.

Limits are stated, not discovered

Two of the three supported registrars can quote but not complete a purchase, because they require a registrant contact set per order. The interface says so before you try, rather than failing at checkout.

Where the modules meet

The modules are separate screens but one data model. A domain bought in acquisition appears in the portfolio with its registrar account attached, its Cloudflare zone linked and its expiry read from the registry rather than from anything self-reported. Stand a site on it and the site inherits that lineage; publish pages and they inherit the site's.

Expiry is a worked example of the approach. OptimuSEO reads domain expiry from RDAP, the registry's own record, and certificate expiry from the TLS handshake itself. Neither figure is copied from a spreadsheet or inferred from a purchase date, so neither drifts. A parked domain with no certificate reports exactly that, rather than an empty column that could mean anything.

The same principle governs imports. Pulling a portfolio from Cloudflare fills only the fields Cloudflare actually knows. Purchase cost and acquisition date stay empty and the table says "not recorded", because Cloudflare's zone creation date is the day the zone was added, not the day the domain was bought, and treating one as the other would put a wrong fact in front of you with no way to tell.

On automation, honestly

OptimuSEO automates research, deployment and reporting. It does not automate judgement. The decisions that cost money — which domain to buy, which placement to pay for, which page to ship — stay with a person, because the system cannot tell whether a name is worth real money to your business. What it can do is make sure that when you decide, you are looking at measured facts rather than plausible ones.

What you still have to decide

OptimuSEO will not tell you which niche to enter, what a placement is worth, or whether a page is any good. Those are judgements about your market, and a platform claiming to make them would be guessing with your money.

What OptimuSEO removes is the other kind of uncertainty: not knowing what you already own, what it cost, when it expires, or whether anybody checked it before it was bought. That is the uncertainty that compounds quietly, and it is the one a system can actually fix.

See it against your own portfolio

Import existing domains from Cloudflare in one step, then run the gates over what you already own before buying anything new.
